1. All intellectual property rights associated with the website, including, but not limited to, software, source and object code, workflows, user interfaces, copyrights, trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphic elements, designs, know-how and trade secrets, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Internacional Leisure Sa or, where Internacional Leisure Sa holds a duly licensed right of use, of their original owner.
2. The user is expressly prohibited from, in particular:
   – copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, selling, licensing, publishing, storing in databases, displaying, publicly performing, modifying, creating derivative works, uploading, editing, framing, renting, lending, sublicensing or exploiting, in any way, the website or the content made available on it;
   – using content or elements of the website to create databases of any kind;
   – copying, translating, disassembling, decompiling, adapting or attempting to obtain the source code or object code, in whole or in part, through reverse engineering or by any other means;
   – using automated data collection tools, such as robots, viruses, worms or other mechanisms designed to extract information, as well as attempting to interfere with, compromise or impair the security or operation of the website;
   – circumventing, disabling or manipulating any security mechanisms associated with the website or its content;
   – using content files or other elements of the website to build any type of database;
   – removing confidentiality or intellectual property notices;
   – encouraging or assisting third parties in carrying out any of the activities described above.

The user undertakes to fully indemnify Internacional Leisure Sa for any damages, costs or expenses arising from claims brought by third parties as a result of the infringement of rights, particularly intellectual property rights.
